Case Management Program
The Case Management Program aims to provide personalized and coordinated support to newcomers to facilitate their social, economic, and community integration in Canada. It is primarily intended for women and young immigrants facing multiple challenges related to settlement, employment, well-being, and cultural adaptation. The program takes a holistic approach that considers individual needs, including mental health support, guidance to community resources, and the development of personal and professional skills.
Through individualized follow-up, clients benefit from an intervention plan tailored to their situation and goals. The program also promotes the development of self-confidence and autonomy. By supporting professional and entrepreneurial pathways, it enables clients to build a stable, fulfilling, and sustainable new life within Canadian society.
